Who is Leasie?
Leasie helps you get on a scooter or small bike. Pay weekly or fortnightly. Pick up in Newstead, Brisbane. Personal use: ride it for a set price. We own the bike while you make your payments. At the end, you can ask to buy it. We may make you an offer. It is not automatic. Business use (ABN holders): pay weekly or fortnightly. You own the bike after the last payment.
How do I apply?
Pick a bike so you can see the price, then tap Apply. You choose personal or business use, and your term, then go through About you, Work, Money, ID and Statements. Most people finish in a few minutes. If you get stuck, email contact@leasie.com.au and we will help.

Personal use: ride it for a set price, paid weekly or fortnightly. We own the bike while you make your payments. At the end, you can ask to buy it. We may make you an offer. It is not automatic. Can I buy the bike at the end?

Where do I pick up?
40 Waterloo Street, Newstead QLD 4006. After we say yes and you finish the contract, we email you when the bike is ready to collect. We will let you know when your bike is ready.
What do I pay?
The amount you pay each time, at the frequency you chose, plus the establishment fee on signing. Price includes on-road costs. The Fee Chart has the extra items if you ever need them. Ask us if a line on your schedule is unclear.
Insurance and running the bike
Keep comprehensive insurance current and note Leasie as owner or interested party. Fuel, servicing, tyres and day to day running sit with you. Breakdown, roadside help and theft claims go through your own insurer or roadside provider. Email us if you want the insurance wording spelled out.
How do you look at an application?
We look at what you earn and what you spend, so your payments fit your budget. The Credit Guide explains what we look at. Want to talk first? Email contact@leasie.com.au.
Need help with a payment?
Stopping a debit does not end the contract. Email contact@leasie.com.au the same day if a payment fails. We would rather hear from you early so we can look at what we can do.
Is there a credit check?
Yes, we check your credit file. We also look at what you earn and what you spend.
Can I apply on a visa?
Yes, if your visa lets you work.
Can I use an overseas licence?
Yes, if it is valid for you to ride in Queensland. Upload the front and back.
Can I ride on a car licence?
Yes. In Queensland, a car licence lets you ride our 50cc scooters marked Car licence. A car licence covers solo riding only, so these scooters are for one rider. Our 110cc and 125cc bikes need a motorcycle licence. Read the page for car licence holders.
I have an ABN. Which do I choose?
Choose Business use when you apply. For now, business use is for sole traders. Type your ABN, or tap Add it later.
